Manufacturing technology of BMC injection mold:
Design the mold structure: When designing the mold structure, it is necessary to take into account the characteristics of the BMC material, such as shrinkage, fluidity, extrusion coefficient, etc.
Making the mold core type: To make the mold core type, factors such as the positioning, fixing and cooling of the mold need to be considered, and at the same time, the dimensional accuracy of the mold core type must be ensured.
Making the mold shell: To make the mold shell, factors such as the parting surface, cooling and deflation of the mold need to be considered, and at the same time, the dimensional accuracy of the mold shell must be ensured.
Mold debugging: Mold debugging is a very important part of the mold making process. It needs to be adjusted according to the actual production situation to ensure that the mold can run normally and meet product quality requirements.
BMC injection molding technology:
Melting: BMC particles or blocks are heated to a molten state, usually using heating cylinders or electric furnaces for heating.
Pressure injection molding: The molten BMC is injected into the mold and made to fill the entire mold cavity by pressure.
Cooling: After injection molding, the BMC in the mold needs to be cooled to a solidified state, usually by water cooling or air cooling.
Mold opening and de-molding: After the BMC is cured, the mold is separated and the product is taken out of the mold, usually by means of a mechanical arm or automatic mold unloading.
Trimming: After the product is taken out, it needs to be trimmed and processed to meet the product requirements.
